Simplicity Is The Difficulty
There is a great misconception when it comes to simplicity. That if something is simple there probably wasn’t much thought put into it or that the process was probably easy.

It is creating perfect harmony and is a constant ever changing process of refinement.
Simplicity is seeing something so obvious that most people miss it. Is it possible to live a simple life with so much happening around us in the world?
The concept of Zen is quite easy. A cup has to be empty in order for you to pour something into it. Emptiness is the purpose. This is a great metaphor for life.

We often hold onto experiences, concepts, memories and ideals which make it difficult to fill our cup of life with new experiences.
We have to let go of all those things even the pleasant experiences, to create room for the new. “No Mind” means taking on new things with a clean slate. That way we are able to fill our cup with deep meaningful experiences. This will ultimately allow room for happiness to enter serendipitously.

Simplicity is a beautiful thing when incorporated seamlessly into ones life. There’s an inner clarity which brings things together and energy is used accordingly to things that matter while eliminating those that don’t.
As the great Leonardo da Vinci once said, “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.”
